Hi, so soon i will be taking a new job in Muskegon at mercy hospital off Sherman.

We have been looking at houses in grand haven, spring lake, and norton shores.

We found hous we really like but unfortunately it’s on the other side of the grand haven bridge.

Google maps says the house is 20 mins from mercy, which I’m fine with if it’s really 20 mins.

But how much time does bridge and GH traffic add (say GH traffic between the Meijer and the bridge)?

Could the drive end up being more like 30 mins?

There are neighborhoods off of Lincoln in Grand Haven that put you close to the new 231 bridge over the Grand River.

Otherwise I'd stick with Spring Lake if you have to make that commute.

Thanks! We found a great house at the end of ferris st off Lincoln... But we made the drive both ways using the bypass and bridge. It was a little too long for my taste, especially the taking the bridge route. I could see if it were a little closer to the bypass it would be about right.
