It's Michigan! It will reliably range from 12 degrees below zero to 95 in the shade.

Probably some of the best in the country (at that time of year), actually. Partly to mostly sunny, 70's, low humidity. Most of the area outdoor pools and beaches open up around Memorial Day, if that gives you an idea.

I would have to agree - some of the best weather in the US. There is very little of the humidity that would be swamping you by now in the Gulf Coast nor the oppressive heat that would be beating you down in the Southwest. It does get more humid and hot as you enter the heart of the summer, but I've never experienced the humidity nor the mosquitoes in SE MI that I experienced in Chicago. SE MI weather to me is quite similar to the weather in Philadelphia - not as humid in the summer as DC, not as cold as NY in the winter.

It really is a wonderful time to be in MI. Some of the wealthiest retired people I know that could live anywhere in the world at any time in the year spend March-June in metro Detroit, July-August up North, September-November back in metro Detroit, December-February in Florida. This sounds just about perfect to me.

Default Michigan weather in May is just about perfect

June can be perfect, but if summer starts a little early, it can hit 90 degrees and be humid, and that gets pretty unpleasant.

may ranges in temperature but it's usually in the 60s. june is usually in the 70s-80s but could be as hot as 90. which right now actually sounds pretty darn good.

Michian's weather is known to be all over the place, but it can be warm in the summer, especially in that area. During the afternoon it can get as hot as 90, but when the sun goes down the temperature drops. The temperature never reaches zero, or anywhere close to. Just be sure to bring a sweatshirt and enjoy tour trip to Michigan ;D
