What is the best route to take? Google is offering me 3 routes that seem to have similar time and distances.

What do you think?

72 to 75 the entire way. Cincinnati Airport is right off 75, though it's in Kentucky. Just watch out for Ohio cops.

M-72 from Traverse City to Grayling
I-75 from Grayling to Flint
US-23 from Flint to Toledo
Rejoin I-75 in Toledo down to Cincinnati.

Use US-23 from Flint to Toledo to bypass Metro Detroit traffic and congestion.

I-75 from Toledo to Dayton, in particular Toledo to Findlay is one massive road construction zone as Ohio is adding a 3rd lane to I-75 through that whole stretch. I can be a bit white-knuckle with all the truck traffic, narrow lanes, jersey barriers, and 10x more if there is rain in the stretch.

This. And I agree about watching out for Ohio cops.

Watch out for the Michigan cops also, especially on that stretch between Flint and Saginaw.
