A friend of mine lives there. Very quiet, peaceful little town right off I-75. Clio, Michigan - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Clio has some larger apartment complex's in the city . Lived in the one by VG's grocery store about six years ago . Rent at that time was $450 for a two bedroom . Heard it is about $600 now ! Several restaurants in the city , and nearby . Just stay away from Flint to the south .

If you are not stuck on Clio, where I live, btw, about 8 miles north is a fantastic town called Frankenmuth. Google that town. Very laid back and rustic.

Clio is a great small town. With many things to do near. Frankenmuth to the north,Shopping mall in flint, and birch run. Many county parks for walking, fishing, picnic areas. I would think that rent would be fairly cheap considering the shape the state is in.
