Hi there, I have a question regarding medical insurance in Michigan...this is for a friend who lives in the Lansing area that I am trying to help out. He is uninsured and found out he needs to have knee replacement surgery. He's having a hard time so I'm trying to research the options he has. I have looked into HIP Michigan which seems like an okay option for people with pre existing conditions.
