You sure do take some purty pictures, Al! Ah, someday I'll have lots of wild visitors like you do. Guy who delivered my round pen panels today for me is an avid hunter, manages his land to support healthy deer visitors. His purposes may be different than mine, but it will be nice to have someone local who has made an art of making deer feel welcome, in a healthy manner.

I can't wait... I'm sure we'll see some, if we saw some this fall, they will probably be here in the spring, right?

You really are blessed, Al!

I do hunt my property, both the UPPER and lower. The herd has to have some controls or they will over run their habitat. I don't go shooting every little bitty bambi that walks thru the woods and havn't bought a doe permit in my life. I have set a self imposed rule of 8 points or bigger. Doesn't bother me that the neighbours shoot what they want as long as it is on their property.

We were supposed to be living in the UPPER now but with being the only family retired and able to have the time for all our elderly parents doctor appointments we are still here in the LOWER. My parents are both gone now and Kares mom is all that is left.

I hate to be a nit-picker, but your frog is a Grey Treefrog.

Otherwise, now I miss Michigan *Sniffle*
