I am originally from Suburban Detroit, but have lived in NYC for 8 years.
One of our best friends is retiring next Spring. She has a daughter in Ann Arbor, and a life long friend in Goshen IN. So, she is seriously considering moving to St.Joe's.
She is Brooklyn born and bred, Jewish single woman (mid 60s).
How do you think she will like St. Joe's?

Default Don't know if this will help...

But the last time I was there (a few years ago) it was a very quiet town. Close enough to Ann Arbor to have some fun there, but seemed to be mostly retired folks living quiet lives. I don't know what type of lifestyle she's used to and I don't have much more information than that, so take it for what it's worth!
