What are the names of the best restaurants in Miami-Dade County? Do we have any connoisseur of fine dining, who have set foot in these establishments?

Azul is my favorite in Miami.

Others are Capital Grill, Oceanaire, The Palm, Ruth Chris (chains I know, but good), Cafe Abbrocia (sp????), Bonefish, Red Fish Grill, Flemings Steakhouse, Anacapri

I would love to try something new, so I hope others list their favorites.

One of my favorites is Randazzo's Little Italy in Coral Gables. I need to come back for a visit just so I can have a meal there. Really small place, but the ambiance, service and food are all top notch.

Big Pink really is good..although the service is on the border of SUCKING big time. It is the same owner that owns Prime 112 steakhouse.
