To be fair, if you are Latino there are areas in Dade like Little Havana where plenty of people walk places. If you're white or black you would stick out like a sore thumb of course.

Best analogy! I am going to use the "elegant Hialeah" reference to describe the area. Hialeah at one time was better, but went downhill, Doral is about as good as it will ever be, no room for improvement there.

^^ LOl thanks. I also use this analogy to describe Miami Lakes... Hialeah by the Sea has become too much of a cliche.
