Can anybody post any comments for me regardingther infinity Building in Brickell, I am interested in purchasing a loft there but unsure.

From what I've heard and seen, the building is one of the more empty ones... also, some of the units are VERY small.

It has a great location going for it, and I too like the loft concept.

It has to be pretty vacant because they never started on Infinity II.

It has a very low occupancy rate, I think the building is garbage, one of the "mcbuildings" thrown up during the boom.

Rent, go ahead, but I would stay away from purchasing unless you have some cash to play with.
