I am a mid 30's healthy adult male. Battling a bit of ADD. Use addarol for a while, worked, but didnt like the side affects. Stopped taking it and just paced myself for a year just fine.
Recently I have noticed that due to greater stress in my life my memory has been going downhill again. On top of it, I managed to recently get a massive sinus infection/cold which knocked me out for a good week. Now my ability to focus is just shot and still on the tail end of the cold. I am not taking the time to double check things, I am miss reading words as I am looking at them too fast, not thinking things through, etc etc.
Looking to take an adderall sub and I prefer something natural. I found concentration essentials, but need to research it more.
Could me just the cold or a mix of the two. either way I need to tackle it.
Sinus stuff and allergies really mess up my head and I also have ADD. My psydoc told me once that she's rarely met someone with AD/HD who doesn't also have allergies, and sure enough, during pollen season concentration goes out the window. Also, are you getting enough sleep? There's not a medicine made that will counteract the loss of enough sleep and due to your infection, you may not be getting quality sleep. I think you'll be fine when you get that gone and pop some vitamin B's too--they really help.
well I didnt get much sleep for about 2 weeks prior to getting sick, which may account for memory loss and even getting sick. Been much better though.
