Hello currently im living in arlington va,I got a new job and it will be in fort meade maryland.Im looking for someplace nice and decent,im a 25 year old guy so close to a city wil be great.I was looking at glen burnie and arbutus..Any one have any suggestions??By the way i would like to get away from dc area stay north close to baltimore would be great.can any one help me out here thanks

Right next to Baltimore, try Catonsville, I just moved from that area.
Near Ft. Meade look into Odenton, it is about 20 - 25 minutes to downtown Baltimore and about 30 minutes from DC. (No traffic)

Glen Burnie is a working class town; Arbutus likewise. Nothing wrong with that, but don't expect DC-type yuppies.

If you want city living - bars and restaurants I would live in Canton, Fells Point, or Federal Hill - all in Baltimore City. It would be about a 30 minute commute to Fort Meade.

Annapolis might be an option too, though I'm not sure how the drive is to Fort Meade. I don't think it would be that bad unless there was some wreck on i97
