What is the typical seasonal cycle for real estate in your part of Maryland? Do you have more listings in spring, a resurgence in fall, a slump in winter? I'm just wondering as I have not seen many homes come on the market this past week. This is surprising to me, given that this is a busy time of year in many states.

I've been looking around this year and it seemed a lot of houses went on the market in early spring this year (before Easter/Passover); a lot of the ones I liked went under contract pretty fast and are now off the market. Have no idea what it is usually like or if this is typical.
