With only 20% of precints reporting I'm ready to call this one for the French fries! I know I'm going out on a limb as the tots could make a comeback but 94.44% to 5.56% looks insurmountable to me.
I had a feeling it might go this way. I'd have to say there times I like a good tater tot, can't really think of a food they go with maybe hamburgers or something, but most of the time I'll take the French fries and especially with any fried Maine seafood!

Who likes the haddock with tartar sauce and who likes it with ketchup? I'm a tartar sauce gal for the fish, ketchup to dunk the fries.

Gotta have the cole slaw on the side too!!

Mermie, the link didn't work for the buckle.
We offer both ketchup and tartar sauce with the dinner. I think we go through a lot of ketchup but it seems like mostly for the fries. People either like the fish plain, with lemon, or tartar sauce . I don't see alot of people putting ketchup on the fish. They do put ketchup on clams much more than the fish and fewer still put much of anything on Maine shrimp. We offer cocktail sauce for those. Me I like it plain, some tartar sauce for fried clams, nothing for shrimp or scallops (pronounced scALLops not skalips)

BINGO! McLeans. Sorry bout' the nausea, would you care for some dessert?

AGREED- we hate it when people refer to scALLops and skale-ips. Talk about nausea. It makes me cringe.

As well, I think you should hold out on calling it for the FF's. The rest of the precincts may not be home from work yet. The kids may well stand a chance. Kids = tots?

There is a motion on the floor to rescind the apparent victory for French Fries and let the voting tally run it's course. Do I hear a second for that motion?

The chair recognizes the representative from Isle Au Haut. Any others?

Late to the poll here. I vote FF ( ugh tater tots).
Maybe let the election run one more day to let last minute stragglers in?
