Our house hit the MLS here in WI yesterday morning, we had a showing last night which resulted in an almost full price offer. We will go over the paperwork and sign it back, presumably, this evening.
Now, if DH can line up a job, instead of hanging around out here in an apartment, we just might head back home sooner than we thought!
If so, we will be looking for a rental. I'll get back to you about that when/if everything falls into place. It's a lot to hope for but you just never know...
