Ratherbein Cabo - what is a Ford Flex? Is that an SUV? And did you enjoy your time in Maine? What did you do while here?

I fly into Manchester NH (more frequent times and cheaper) and also rent a car from the Manchester airport. Yes, rates have gone up, but not as high as Portland airport. It's an extra hour commute but even with the cost of gas it's still cheaper. Go Southwest! I am flying tomorrow and my ticket on sale was $30 one way from Baltimore-Washington.

Try Hotwire.com. I just got a 4 day quote for $120.00, and that includes all junk fees, taxes etc. Yes, I know that isn't cheap, but Bangor isn't Florida either. We can get a nice car in FL for about $99 a week. That quote was much cheaper than any of the other guys! I just rented from Alamo, and it was much higher at the Bangor airport!

Try Jet Blue! I got a ticket from FL to Portland, including a rental from the Portland airport to the Bangor airport. $139 all taxes and junk fees included. It took me about 2 hours to drive from Portland to Bangor, but the ticket was almost $200 cheaper. $100 an hour is too rich for me to not take advantage of!
