Pssst, To the Republican establishment, There are millions and millions of Republicans, independents and even a few Democrats with those same principles and values as Sarah Palin. You just let one of us from the Republican wing of the Republican Party get her foot in the door. I can just see the establishment saying, "Oh oh."

Last time this happened the speaker was Ronald Reagan and he carried 49 states!

Moughie, I meant to tell you before that I loved that!

(I fell in love with Sarah Palin last night. I cried throughout her entire speech last night. I cried for every woman in the country. Call me sappy, I don't care. I cried for every souldier, every vet, all mom's of special needs children, mom's of pregant teens, every sister, every aunt and grandmother, every commerical fisherman and oil rigger) Yup, that just about covers it. It was a whole box of kleenex night. She's an amazing down to earth real person with whom most of us can relate to.

She was so independent and sure of herself. I do love her family too. Finally the Republicans have someone with spunk, personality and NO SOUTHERN ACCENT!!! Someone who can actually speak a FULL sentence without stumbling! She reminded me of a younger Olympia Snowe! The VP debates will sure be entertaining and a lot of fun to watch!

Still, she is not socially liberal enough for me to tolerate. Imagine if McCaine were to keel over in office-

(jmho, no offense to anyone)

You and my Dear Brother would get along just swimmingly with your "liberal" views!
I love him anyway!(and you too moughie)
We have great heated debates....fueled by loads of great Maine beer!
The problem is we never know what we were arguing about the next day!
