I am in the Sebago Lake area and the mid summer can get hot.l have the breeze off the water which helps. There are a few days that it is like living in the south, but over all it is quite pleasant.

The weather is confusing the trees. Some of the leaves at the tip of the branches are red, as if it were fall.

Milo being inland will be significantly hotter than the coast. That said Maine has just a few weeks of what would be considered "hot" weather. We're talking 80's and maybe 90's for a few weeks max. Most of the summer is pleasant in the high 70's low 80's though the humidity can get quite high. Snow varies with the year. Some years you can get dumped on from November through April and other years you'll see nothing at all. Milo is in the snowbelt and gets it's fair share of snow usually. You have to plan for the worst by having someone to plow you out or a way to remove your snow then you just take it as it comes. There is little else you can do.
