thats true, many of those trees wont straighten up for a while

it was pleasant in lubec today!! the roads werent bad at all

Wow, how beautiful but sad at the same time. Just knowing the heavy load they are holding to bend them is the sad part. I love seeing ice on trees, but it makes me sad at the same time. Does that even make sense to anyone other than me?

I know they'll survive and stand again, which makes me happy

I agree Maureen, I'd love a comparison pic too.

All of the birch here straightened. I didn't think one big tree would recover but you wouldn't know now that it touched the ground for 15 days.
