I wonder what types of critters you all see in your back yards?? We have german shepherds so most of the wildlife goes around my place...but...routinely we see turkeys[20 plus] at a time, deer, the occasional little black bear[neighbor forgot to pull the birdfeeder in] fox, owl[very rare to see],bob cat, fisher cat and all the local birds. We love the wildlife as long as they stay out of my crops and dont eat my flowers...what do you see??

Had a Moose or three, a black bear or two. Numerous Raccoons. You know, the usual Maine wildlife fare .

Lots of birds, as I feed them. And a herd of deer who have been known to peek in the windows at us. Used to have a family of grey foxes, but have not seen them in over a year. And, the occasional Pepe LePew and a moose or two.

In Eastport - skunks! The occasional deer and a baby black bear got stuck in a tree a couple of years ago. And last summer we had bee swarms way up high at tree top level.

we had a moose trotting around Calais this past spring....it's surprising the number of people who will call the police dept, yelling into the phone "THERE'S A MOOSE IN THE ROAD IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE!!" I was at the dept at the time, and the dispatcher said "what would you like us to do?". She was VERY offended, said she wanted them to come and "take it away".....the dispatcher calmly told her that no one "takes" a living moose anywhere, he'll wander off on his own.

It always amazes me that people move here and then forget where they moved!!!
