I see it this way- it's *my* land, I'll do what I want. But, I have a penchant for bucking 'authority' and doing what I want regardless of what some self-righteous blowhard tells me I "have" to do. Sometimes it doesn't go my way and I get penalized, other times (often) it does and I get my way through sheer stubbornness and recalcitrance, wearing them down with my refusal to "do as I'm told". I even beat the IRS this way...but I wouldn't recommend it to most.

Just a thought...

I understand your feelings and agree to a degree. If I lived in a challenge state of mind all the time, always on alert and on guard,I'd be a miserable soul. But that's just me

If you are camping I think your 180 days would be best from May to October. Unless you enjoy winter.
