The shade of this room is just 'scooby-doo-a-licious'

A person could enjoy life near a huge antenna farm and the world's most powerful radio transmitter.

Somebody took the counter tops, bathroom fixtures, heating system and maybe the copper pipes, Look at the open lower cupboards. See any piping? Proceed with caution.

Bank auctions are a waste of time in Maine. The reserve price is always too high. Wait for it to hit MLS in a few months, then a year of price drops, then place your offer.

The reserve price is the mortgage balance. The lender goes through the motions to become whole, but as you have pointed out, often investors are not able to purchase at that price at a profit.
