Oh, Ye of little faith. Since we have lived in this house it's 28 years and this is our 29th winter. We had one Christmas with bare ground. 28/29 is 0.966 which rounds off to 97%. We'll have to be here another 21 years before it's 49 out of 50 which will be 98% which I hope to make.

Take a look outside. We are forecast for 2 to 4 inches and it's a regular winter wonderland out there.

Our 7 year old Brazillian guest built his first snowman and put a brazillian flag in his hand. He's thrilled with the snow

It's a White Christmas here!

Merry christmas to all!!!!! (happy solstice to starwalker)

if you think maine has a poor economy- go to any walmart today, then ask yourself the same question-too bad most of the stuff isnt made in maine/u.s. I pulled into a wally world yesterday, and couldnt find a parking spot in the huge parking lot- so I left

all the other stores seem to be busy also

not sure if its a sign the economy is getting better- or just hoards of last minute shoppers, or half the population believes in the mayan calendar, or the masses are uses credit cards going into debt.

Merry Christmas everyone.
3wolves-glad you get your white Christmas. I spent many green ones in Fl. also, but the Maine Christmas's were always the best!

It's snowy here. We saw a red "ornament" in NMLM's ditch on the way home last night. They'll need a tow strap or a wrecker to undecorate. It's snowy and slippery here.

Merry Christmas!
