Some may remember me...living in Nova Scotia...wanting to return to US. We have an accepted offer on our house. YAY!!! We are both retired. Husband George was in sales and I was a psychotherapist. We both love being involved in the community, doing projects. I just completed a 6 ft.mosaic to be installed along our new sidewalks. One of six. George involved in the grouting, cement and installation. Want to be where art projects popular.

We are looking for an older home, New Englander, victorian farmhouse or antique cape, max. $150,000 with character that may require minimal work. Want to be in or near college town with hospital max. 20 min. Not necessity now but of course looking to the future. We're looking on realtor.com in Farmington, Strong, Jay, Norway and open to suggestions. We like quiet around our home. If anyone knows Jay, there is a white farmhouse with porch on front and has large barn for 139,000. It's been on the market for awhile. Agent I spoke to vague about town.

Some help please.

This site, if you click on a listing, will give you the agents contact info including name:
Homes for Sale in Jay, ME - Jay Real Estate - Realtor.com®

THis one will give you the ability to email the agent but I don't think it gves the name or office:
Jay Real Estate - Jay Homes for Sale | RealEstateBook.com

Good luck.
