Do you have any idea if the real estate prices in LVL are following the same trends as for the rest of the US? Prices seem pretty stable according to me and I have not noticed any significant drops in the prices.
If you have any answers to add to this topic could you just give me your sources if any... thanks. Jerome

According to the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors and as reported in the Louisville Courier-Journal. Home prices are up 2% in Jan & Feb 08 over Jan & Feb 07.

The CJ reported a 1.1% increase since last year, while the nation as a whole declined by over 8%

Default Prices

Prices are still on the positive side with sales activity still last year.

My activity is up significantly so far this year. Folks that are trying to time the bottom of the market might want to keep their eyes out for opportunities.

If my activity is any indication, inventory levels could start to shrink and great deals will be less likely.
