Default A great win for the state of Kentucky

After last year's U of K win, Louisville's win on top of it solidifies Kentucky as the premier college basketball state in the Union.

I was privileged to travel to Lexington a couple of weeks ago and see rounds 2 and 3 in Rupp Arena which was awash in red. It had been on my bucket list to attend an NCAA tournament game somewhere and I'm so glad I got to see the Cards win it.

I live a long way off now, but Louisville was home for six years and I took 21 hours at U of L. Still miss Kentucky.

Really a great game. Congrats Louisville and to Coach Pitino for earning his spot in the Hall of Fame..Great night for Ky basketball fans.
