Jindal came onto the scene as the new hope for the young Republicans, then had a lackluster appearance when countering Obama, and has fallen off the radar somewhat when compared to Marco Rubio and a few others in the GOP. What do Louisianans think of him now? He was on center stage after the BP oil spill and had strong words for Obama and the way that was handled. Is he presidential material? Has he been good for Louisiana?

NO. Like Obama, he's in over his head. Jindal needs to learn and comprehend the concept of triage. Speeches won't accomplish squat in this state....

Jindal isn't presidential material. Jindal has shown that he's good at handling emergencies, but when it comes down to everything else, he been a disappointment. This coming from a guy that voted for him.

Republicans shouldn't be taking any queues from this guy on the national level.

He talked a good game while running and then blew it off once those professional politicians in Baton Rouge got to him. Or maybe it was all bs in the beginning. I'm disappointed he has not done more to reduce taxes and state spending. So if the rest of America is expecting a tax and gov reformer out of Jindal, well...

Jindal will be no different than the presidents before him. He will say what the populace wants to hear but once the powers that be get a hold of him, he'll just end up a puppet just like the rest of these federal/State politicians. I stopped listening to their speeches a long time ago as it is all just a bunch of drivel.
