I was trying to find this answer on the web, but couldnt find anywhere. Are the HOV lanes on the 405( N in the am, S in the pm) for 2 persons or 3 persons?

HOV is carpool, the only 3 person HOV I know of in LA is on the 10 through east LA

Thats great - how much better are the carpool lanes in the morning? Do they have them on the 405 from LAX to Brentwood?

I think a baby counts as a second person whether it has a driver's license or not.
