Hello to all
I'm international student and I planning to visit the US in summer 2009. Currently, I have a Job Offer for PA. It's looks not bad for me if this to compare with other offers... but... my dream is LA. I didn't find any jobs in this area (LA and nearly territory) but I know this is possible because too big city
I want take with me about 2,500$ and to work all the June and part of July at my first employer in PA. Later I think I will be have 1500 or a little more $. Total is about 4,000$. At July I'd like moving to Los-Angeles from East Side of the USA...
My question to all: Can I will be living in LA per month without a job? (I will trying to find but it seems impossible find so quickly).
I even don't know will I staying there for several months (not less than 5-6) or not but in any situation I'd make this. Need help about cost of living there! ~4000$ it is good for 1-2 months without a jobs there?

I'm not sure I followed all of that, but if that bottom line is that you'll be coming to LA with $4000 and no job, you need to rethink that. Unless you have a free place to live, you'll go through that money in about six weeks.

Does your visa permit you to roam the country and work legally after you separate from your employer in PA?

Yes! My visa is allow work legally at any time in the USA. But I'm duty to work for my employer in PA per two weeks and then I can left him. I didn't see a problems with it... and I even can legally travelling in the US for all the period of visa.
