now that i got my judgement on my disability case it was partially favorable, but i will only be receiving only ssi due to i did not earn enough over the years i work and so fourth. now my question is i would like to know i still owe back payment on my child support will they still garnish the partially favorable ssi toward my child support. because i was trying to get any information from child support service but because i'm represent by and attorney they won't tell me over the phone. i just like to have this figure all out....if i owe i owe ....that is all i ask for just for a simple answer. i always said to myself regardless i'm still going to make every effort to make sure my son is taken care of.

shouldn't you be asking these questions of your attorney, rather than a relocation forum?
