Every 2-3 months i fly from Seattle to Burbank to visit family and friends. My parents live in Encino. In July 2015 i moved from Encino to Seattle,WA.

As convient as Burbank airport is to my parents house in Encino the airport is outdated and could use modernization.

The baggage claim area is outside and too small. The airport doesnt have enough chairs for people to sit on before boarding the plane. To board the plane you walk outside and walk up either a ramp or flight of stairs.

Burbank airport could use a foodcourt past security and more food options. For food past security in the southwest terminal burbank airport has peets coffee, a hamburger place and a cafeteria.

A new terminal at burbank airport would be great for travelers and locals alike.

Even though it may not be for another 10 more years before a new terminal is built some things are worth waiting for.

I wish Southwest Airlines would offer non stop flights between seattle and burbank. Currently i have to change planes with southwest in either oakland, san jose,Sacramento or las vegas to fly southwest from burbank to seattle.

Jetblue should offer more than just 1 flight per day from burbank to jfk.

I fly to Portland each Christmas from Burbank. I have no problem with the airport. I have learned that I don't even look at other airlines, just take Alaska.

Used to fly out of Burbank back in the day. Now I get to use SNA and LGB. Both of those are great, except Long Beach doesn't allow Uber to pick you up which is a pain in the ass.
