What are your biggest pet peeves about LA?(yes I'm bored and drunk, get over it)
MINE? The transients. (and not all of them)
*How they come here and they are somehow automatically "successful" for the simple fact of being in LA >.>
*The change in accents...the valley speak...
*Coming here and dying your hair blonde, walking around with a surfboard, skating, and going to the beach does not equate you to being a #caliboy or #caligirl
*Hearing them scream and brag about going to certain places that to a native Angelino makes them sound and look really f***ing stupid (Rodeo Dr, Hollywood blvd, studios for example)
*Public transportation. I wont elaborate because its been discussed many times.

Mine: people that are so productive that they are bored and drunk on a Monday afternoon. Unless this is your "Saturday" I'd say hit the sauce on another day.

Good one. Sucks for drivers and for pedestrians (turning left against traffic tends to make drivers focus on the oncoming traffic and not the crossing pedestrians). I would absolutely wait a little longer at intersections if it meant there were more designated left turn lights and lanes.

I've met a lot of people here who chew with their mouths open and talk with food in their mouths! I don't know why that is acceptable here. And also the left turn yields instead of signals. It makes people turn left once the light has gone red. In some areas, 2-3 cars will go once the light turns red.

Transients? Do you mean the transplants? Although I suppose there are a lot of people who are both.

I'd say transplants with attitudes and delusions of grandeur are pretty annoying.

Transients who get in my face on the street looking for drugs and money are too.

No, Seattle is full of left turn lanes with lights, it sucks.

Why is it so many *******s refuse to pull forward into the intersection when waiting to make a left turn. It's like the light turns green and they just sit there waiting for the oncoming traffic to clear then they pull forward, instead of pulling forward as soon as the light turn greens so the car or two behind can turn before the light turns red

Also, people in the grocery checkout who wait until all their groceries to be rung up before getting their money out to pay. Like they're hoping the clerk is going to give it to them for free.
