Near the 7-11 on Larkfield between Pulaski and Fort Salonga (25A) there is a man with a camera in his window. One day, as I tried to pull into the Subway across the street from his house, he blocked all the traffic so he could take pictures of trucks and license plates.

Anyone else familiar with this guy? Is he loony?

Take a camera with you and when you see him do it, go over and take a picture of him.

Izzat the 7-11 on Laurel road & Dickinson Av.? If so, I also wonder about that house: the front 'yard' is completely paved, there is what appears to be "art" lit up in the front window, and there are spotlights mounted on the house that shine out to the street. Must be fantastic to live across the street from that.

dress up in a black suit and dark sunglasses. Take pictures of him. That should push him over the edge.
