The school district is ok. If your child needs resource or anything extra, be prepared to fight for your child.

Is there a Suffolk district where this is not the case?

I went to the library on 3 occasions only !!
It was all in the evening during Nov-Dec last year (around 6:30-7:00) and on each occasion I saw a bunch of kids hanging outside on main st., one or two were smoking, few with bandanas leaning on the front walls.... the good thing is that some kids actually had books in their hands. I stopped there for like 5 mins only. Like I said 3 times is not enough to comment authoritatively, maybe I just chose the wrong days and/or time.... but it was enough to create caution in my mind !!
