I overheard a rumor that Denny's is coming to Levittown. I have searched the web, but not found anything on it. Just curious if anyone has heard the same.....
Apparently there are postings about this on facebook and twitter, but I haven't seen anything concrete.
As for Karl's nasty comment - denny's has good breakfast! So yea, it's not an upscale place, but for a decent and reasonably priced breakfast Denny's is a solid choice.
BTW - if a Kennedy Fried Chicken opened up and I made a comment like Karls, Moderator cut: do not comment about moderation . I hope Karl's post suffers the same fate.
I am not a fan of diners, they all have the same exact menu and the same exact barely edible food. If you have been to one, you have been to them all.
That being said, I admit I have only been to a Denny's twice (in Florida) but I still think IHOP blows Denny's away.
I have to agree. People on LI rave about diners, but in all reality, most of the food sucks and is carelessly prepared.
I see all these places on diners drive ins and dives where people make everything from scratch and have all these creative and hearty meals in other parts of the country...here, 95% of diners are just the same crap made with sauces from a jar....even the greek stuff is pre-made or just isn't very good, and that's supposed to be their specialty.
I don't know what is on Hannity. I don't watch him. In fact, being gainfully employed and working late many nights, I don't have the luxury to watch much TV. Guess you aren't as lucky.
