Rafael's in the Plainview Centre on South Oyster Bay Road. It's in the promenade next to Shop Rite.
Also Hair Time (I think it's called), in the shopping center at the end of Plainview Road near Round Swamp.
Rafael's is better though.
Can anyone recommend a good barber in the Levittown/Hicksville area? Looking for someone that fades well. Tired of having to go to the Village for a haircut. Thanks.

How difficult is a fade? I go to the $4.25 shop, Pat's Barber, on Hempstead Tpke in Levittown. It's across from Pathmark and next to Taco Bell. I personally think unless you have a complicated style, men's cuts are a huge waste of money - spend as less as possible.

You would think right? But I haven't found a barber in Long Island that knows how to fade and cut straight hair well. Some fade well but can't cut or vice versa. A friend of my goes to Gappys and I seen his haircuts, not too impressive.
I go to Gappys myself. They have 15 barbers I personally have Mark cutting mine
Damn I never knew Gappys was so popular....I go there too!
I get the same thing done every time, don't even have to ask.....but I get a pretty simple haircut. I suppose if you need some metrosexual looking tussled up hairdo, you'd be better off somewhere else.
It's at the far west end of the best buy/lowes/michaels/kohls/party city shopping center.
it's old school.
Is that the one next to Five Guys? I went there last time. They had a huge banner that I didn't clearly read... $4.25 (for seniors) - I tried it since I thought it was the same price as the shop I go to. I paid $6.50 instead. No big deal, they were decent. Pat's Barber is setup the same way, except cheaper cost for the same thing.
