They may not be Italian, but they sure are morons!!
well that's a separate issue, lol. They certainly look ridiculous...but I wouldn't necessarily make assumptions regarding their ethnicity. I'm sorry to say that I'm related (via marriage!) to a few Gotti-wannabees...and they're not even close to being Italian. Neither are any of their friends.
Percentage of kids with blow-out haircuts and horn necklaces?
They don't look that way anymore. No more "Members Only" jackets. No more Monte Carlos and Camaros. Guidos used to be more masculine. Now they appear to have metrosexualized themselves into pseudo-females and in some cases adapted "ghetto" style like the physics of hat tilting. The old guidos were at least guys.
How many decades has it been since you have visited Bay Ridge (or have you ever even been there)?
be nice! I'm sure he's seen Saturday Night Fever at least 2-3 times...lol.
But you're right....the demographics are pretty varied in Bay Ridge. Lots of Eastern Europeans and Middle Easterns blending in with the Irish and Italians over the last 10-15 years.

The blow out haircut is the metrosexual guido look. They substitute the tilted hat when they are trying to look "hawd".
