Any affordable housing around Gabreski Field (Riverhead, Shirley: to buy, school, low cost)

I was wondering if there is any affordable housing near Gabreski Field, Preferably half hour or less away and to the West.

Mastic Shirley is a stones throw.

30 minutes gives you plenty of options though.

Are they nice towns? I an recently divorced and have a 6 year old son so he will be staying over on the weekends, but not going to school there.

Well...theyre cheap.

I think I'd look in areas like Ridge, Calverton and Riverhead first.

Then maybe up north to Wading River and maybe Rocky Point.

I think you can be about 30 min to Gabreski.
If you stay near the Wm Floyd.

Actually parts of the Tri Hamlet area are fine, you just have to shop smart.

If youre not attending school there it may be a very good low cost option.
