I bought my first Iphone (6S Plus) at the Verizon desk at Costco in 2015.

Way past due for an upgrade now, as I have run out of storage.

What is the best version Iphone to get now and where to purchase it? 11, 12, SE? 13 also is coming out soon. Is there any benefit to going into the Apple Store in the mall or the Verizon store, or buying it online?

Had Droids previously, but definitely want to stick with Iphones now.

I got a 2020 SE. Looks old but has upgraded insides. I got it through Verizon online.
Zapped everything from my old phone to new following their instructions.

We always get the best and quickest deal at Target. If you can wait a few months there’s always deals around the holidays.

the best phone is the most recent phone. That said, if you were comfortable with the 6 then I'd just get the latest version of the SE. There's no difference between buying at Best Buy or Target or Verizon store or Apple store or - although I'd avoid Verizon authorized retailers.

If you buy online, you may have to do some setup stuff but it's not complicated. And of course, make sure everything is backed up before you switch over.

Not entirely true. I have an old phone that is broken. Best phone for me. No one calls me, no one bothers me.

Was going to go with the SE but I wanted a larger phone like my 6S Plus. The SE was about half the size. (but Loved the price, $389)

I ended up going with the 12 Pro max, still trying to get used to it. Love the storage 128 gig. And the camera is amazing.

Thanks everyone.
