That's the thing, it's not rain. The water is coming up from the bay/ocean. My area didn't get rain yesterday & NYC was sunny & beautiful all day. 8p last night it was nuts. Is it supposed to happen again tonight?
Supposed to last until the Nor'easter is done.
Anything low lying or near water can flood.
Water coming over bulkheads and flooding yards. Fun fun fun.
A Nor’easter typically involves heavy rain and wind. Not sure what people are getting elsewhere on LI but it’s just a cloudy day in western Nassau. No rain, no wind.
