Any producing realtors on the south shore of nassau? (Oceanside: real estate, houses)

Can anyone recommend a realtor who is actually selling houses in the area of Oceanside?
I got one name from what I thought was great contact of mine....supposed to be a top producer in the area.

I called him....he never called me back. Geezzz
(He doesnt get a second chance)

Any good people to recommed out there?

I just recommended him to a friend that is selling in Lynbrook.

He specializes in the south shore of Nassau and has been in the business a long time. He was WAY patient with me years ago when I was a buyer. Also check this for his market share stats:
