All i am saying is DO NOT ALLOW any retarded realtors lead you to believe that you should pay more money because this is the tangiers section of shirley...like it's some gated community with room service...in fact if they do, just walk away because that realtor is a jerk off

I don't think the area is bad....WAY overpriced as is the rest of long island.
The WFS is good...everyone thinks that longwood is the place to be...i highly disagree knowing both schools.
