Freeport-Waldorf parternship? (high school, student, German)

I don't know if they still do this, but I knew a guy from Freeport HS that said a group of high schoolers from Waldorf, Germany came down and visited the school.

Does anyone know if this still happens? I'd be interested to hear the opinions of both student groups?

I think that is pretty cool and I have seen that sign. How do they determine who they are partnered with?
