That place is horrific. Bunch of People of Wal-Mart types ladling chocolate from the fountain over their Bourbon Chicken. Ever see that fountain? I wouldn’t be shocked to find a live octopus in there. In the one I went to down south they actually had restaurant employee stationed next to it to act as a security guard. I witnessed the guard leave his post, whereupon a bunch of kids ran up and started dunking their fried chicken into the fountain.

They are there to eat a gluttonous quantity for a cheap price. Many of the items taste like they're emptied right out of a can and dumped into the buffet. Even if the food isn't totally nasty in all cases (although some items are), overall it's a couple of notches below just mediocre. They also had gotten more expensive, to the point that the cost of a meal at the Corral would be similar to a unique, sit down restaurant, depending on what are you're located.
There used to be a menu there when it was more of a steakhouse where someone enjoy a decent meal that was a tad nicer than a quick service bite. The quality really started going downhill when the buffet became the only option, and the clientele started changing at that point as well, with people who really need some basic etiquette on how to act at a restaurant (and especially how to get their kids to act).
The hand dryer in a public restroom is more sanitary than any buffet.
