One of the few places on earth that has higher taxes than Long Island. I don't know if the school districts pay for high school seniors to visit Disney World though.
^^ Young people, childless couples and seniors from other regions are certainly not beating down the door to move to Suffolk County so common sense shows that most of the renters will come from the local areas.
