I just looked at their web site and it's looks really nice. Only drawback is that it's in CI.

There have been multiple homicides within walking distance of that complex.

While I'm sure that crime is low inside the actual community, you'll be surrounded by one of the highest crime areas in Nassau / Suffolk.

If you're single, I guess it's ok. If you have kids... you couldn't pay me to live there.

Source on the homicides? The community is surrounded by other good developments like Park Row. This isn't Bed Stuy.

High crime is to be expected where large concentrations of law students and lawyers exist.

Two men shot a block outside Foxgate.

Shots fired on Ash St, also a block away.

Shots fired on Ash St again, this time the target is hit and dies.

A 16-year-old boy killed two blocks east of Foxgate.

You can live wherever you want.

And it's ok with me if you live in a fantasy world of roses and tulips but the reality is that you are living within blocks of a gang-infested war zone if you move into Foxgate.
