Looking for recommendations for a plumber to replace the valves in my basement that control my outdoor hose bibs.

When you do it, install frost-proof valves that have a long stem on the inside to prevent valve damage. Best thing I did for the water bibs.

Those damned things always start leaking after just a few years. Better to install a ball valve with drain inside the basement and just shut it down for the winter if possible.
