I looked at those project buildings they are just like the ones in Bayside west of the LIRR.
Pretty nice simple 2 BR walk up units 1 block from the Little Neck LIRR. Its all mixed people there. Im told you can now sub-lease and take advantage of the Great Neck South school

Forget street parking you will have a parking space in the projects lot.
They have a pool and communiety room. Lots of Bodegas and all night gas station up the block on Northern

Why no one owner in great neck terrace can sell there apartment. They all suggested me not to buy here. The management is the worst here.
