9 Freeman Ave, Nesconset, NY 11767 is For Sale - Zillow

Beautiful ranch home in our range. With 70k down its 1,200 a month mortgage. It seems to be near Lake Ronkonkoma. How's Nesconset?

This has to be a bot

Anyway... A 1/4 of a million dollars for a 65 yo 700 sqf home sounds about right

my first thought was - why so low? then I saw its 2 beds 1 bath. Nesconset is a nice town, bonus if it's in the Smithtown SD.

It's Sachem schools. With $5,100/year taxes. (checked on mlsli)

But, it won't be available in 2 years anyway.

Nesconset is a nice town though

Correct. It won't be available in two years but something comparable might. Good to know. Things can change but to educate oneself with towns and info is important for me personally at this point.

Nesconset is a town full of movers and shakers

I think Lake Grove may be more your style

Maybe take a drive through the town one day

Really, if you have a while

Other than that I don't have much to add

Do put this on file.

I love how you were recently told that mlsli.com would be better for home searches yet you're still using zillow.

Lake Grove is a nice little town

Offers a lot of shopping and dining options

Sometimes the traffic by the mall is bad

Especially during the holidays

Really an underappreciated area
