Parking at Mineola Intermodal (house, cost, garage)

Does anyone know when this larage garage fills up? We're looking at a house that is borderline walking distance to Mineola LIRR station, so on inclement weather days, parking would be key. Thanks.

I've parked there as late as 9ish and still got a spot. After 9:15, I'd say you're rolling the dice.

I park there often, never have an issue finding a space at 8.40

But on some inclement weather days, I found that parking was harder to come by. For one thing, many of the spots on the 4th level, which is outdoors, were not usable because of the snow piles. I usually get there at around 7:30am and it definitely seemed like more people were getting there early to take all the indoor spots. I almost always managed to find a spot, but it was dicey at times, and one time, I was out of luck.

Whats the cost to park there? Is there a discounted rate?
